CUSTOMER CARE

Here at BIG RIG we value our customers and fully understand how disappointing it is to receive a product that does not meet your expectations.

A defective product is one that is incapable of performing as it was intended or designed to perform. If you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days highlighting the issue and we will lead you through a return/refund process. 

If your product suffers wear and tear damage through normal use as intended by its design, then contact us and we will lead your through our repair process. The product will need to be inspected and cleared for signs of abuse or negligent. Wear and tear damage will be repaired at a reasonable cost. Negligent damage if repairable will be repaired otherwise we will recommend a replacement at  reasonable cost.
